Wellbore Strengthening & Pressure-Bearing Materials
Zero-Permeability Treatment Agent for Drilling Fluids
A zero-permeability treatment agent synthesized from composite high-polymer materials. It quickly forms a dense, near-zero-permeability isolation film on the wellbore, blocking filtrate invasion and the pore-pressure-driven losses and sloughing it causes, and remains stable from -20 °C to 180 °C with strong salt and calcium/magnesium tolerance.
APPLICATIONS
Application scenarios
- 01Easily lost formations such as sands, gravels and fractured zones
- 02Oil, gas, water and geothermal wells, for pretreatment and ongoing mud maintenance
- 03Wellbore strengthening and old-well remediation
