Wellbore Strengthening & Pressure-Bearing Materials
one-way-pressure-sealantOne Way Pressure SealantA one-way pressure sealant synthesized from modified composite minerals and polymer additives. Under positive differential pressure it rapidly forms a dense sealing layer — with compressive strength of 30 MPa or more — across wellbore fractures and pores of 0.1-5 mm, while reverse flow of formation fluids remains unobstructed and base mud properties are unaffected.Wellbore Strengthening & Pressure-Bearing Materialszero-permeability-treatment-agentZero Permeability Treatment AgentA zero-permeability treatment agent synthesized from composite high-polymer materials. It quickly forms a dense, near-zero-permeability isolation film on the wellbore, blocking filtrate invasion and the pore-pressure-driven losses and sloughing it causes, and remains stable from -20 °C to 180 °C with strong salt and calcium/magnesium tolerance.Wellbore Strengthening & Pressure-Bearing Materials
Deformable & Composite LCM
elastic-lost-circulation-materialElastic Lost Circulation MaterialAn elastic lost circulation material based on modified high-polymer elastomers. It swells on contact with fluid and rebounds elastically to seal fractures, pores and loss channels with high pressure-bearing capacity, and is compatible with both water-based and oil-based muds.Deformable & Composite LCMliquid-expanding-curing-agentLiquid Expanding Curing AgentA pale-yellow to brown transparent liquid expanding curing agent with good water solubility and controlled expansion. It disperses rapidly in the mud, swells on contact with water and cures into a dense, high-strength barrier that seals formation fractures and stabilizes the wellbore without impairing mud performance.Deformable & Composite LCMexpanding-lost-circulation-materialExpanding Lost Circulation MaterialA mineral-based expanding lost circulation material that swells rapidly on contact with water — to three times its original volume or more — forming a dense, high-strength sealing barrier. It treats permeable, micro-fracture and pore-type losses, is compatible with all water-based muds, and does not alter mud rheology.Deformable & Composite LCM
