Fibrous Lost Circulation Material (CXD-1 / CXD-2 / CXD-3)

A fibrous LCM made from specially modified and cut natural polymer fibers with good flexibility, dispersibility and compatibility. The fibers interlace into a network that bridges micro-fractures and pores together with mud solids, forming a dense seal quickly without changing key mud properties, and with acid solubility of 45% or more.

Product advantages — Rapid sealing: once dispersed in the drilling fluid, the fibers quickly interweave into a network across loss channels and form a tight sealing layer together with solid particles, stopping losses within a short time. Excellent compatibility: does not alter key mud properties such as viscosity, gel strength, or fluid loss, and requires no adjustment to the existing mud formulation. Strong stability: outstanding temperature, salinity, and acid/alkali resistance; resists degradation in complex formations and maintains a durable seal. Green and environmentally friendly: made from naturally degradable raw materials, releasing no toxic or hazardous substances, with no pollution to formations or the environment.

USAGE

Usage

Add slowly through the mixing hopper with good agitation to avoid fiber balling; typical dosage is 2.0%-5.0% by weight, or spot as a high-concentration pill for severe losses.
